Where possible if you are wanting to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment booked.

Time and care is taken to prepare for your treatment and an allocated amount of time is booked exclusively for your treatment. If upon arrival you choose to shorten or change your treatment, the original booking will be charged. If you are wanting to amend your treatment, please do this no less than 24 hours before.
